Context & Initial Situation
Valko operates a fleet of 28+ trucks across the European Union. Daily operations—from trip dispatching and toll verification to driver attendance and invoicing—relied on 25 separate Excel sheets. Data was fragmented, error-prone, and leadership lacked real-time visibility into route profitability.
